Land Selection

As a registered Real Estate agent, Andrew will provide you with access to all of the latest neighborhood information and new listings. Your Trestle team will work to fully understand the goals of your custom home to ensure that we walk you though land and neighborhood options, as well as what will work best for your build.

Design Services

We will align our design team with your goals and budget to ensure that you get exactly what you’ve been dreaming of in a new home. Once your build is underway, you will work with our team to make your selections, from paint colors and tile, to cabinets and appliances. Our team offers you the guidance you need to bring your creativity to life to build a custom home truly unique to you.

Custom Home Building

Building a custom home can be stressful for most people, however, we try to eliminate that stress by keeping you involved in the process as much, or as little, as you desire.  We will provide a thorough building plan and timeline so that you are informed of the weekly progress of your project.
